TRAINING AID The Stelling Minnis 10km, England - shows the route and what to expect in this very scenic part of southern England, a few miles south of the cathedral city of Canterbury. The race is run every May, just google 'Stelling Minnis 10km run' around April time to find the website (there's no official race website, the info goes onto a parish website instead and it's not updated very often). The film is speeded up a little so the viewing experience doesn't last too long.
